Vegetable Glycerine (VG) is a commonly used ingredient in various products, including cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals. It is important to note that VG is intended for its specified uses and should not be ingested in its concentrated form.

DIY Longfill Guide:

1. Remove the lid of your longfill bottle.
2. Remove the top cap.
3. Fill with 10ml nicotine shot of choice.
4. Fill with 80ml VG into your longfill bottle. Or to neck of bottle. 
5. Replace top cap and lid.
6. Shake well to mix! And enjoy!
