Shipping Policy

We offer two options: 


Option 1 - Standard Shipping 

This option is for any area within South Africa (currently we do not courier OUTSIDE of South Africa). This delivery service will be carried out by The Courier Guy. At a standard rate of R100. When we receive your tracking number it will be sent to you via email. IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER R1000.00 FREE SHIPPING WILL AUTOMATICALLY APPLY ON CHECKOUT.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase. 

TAKE NOTE delivery time 2-5 working days. If your order is placed on a weekday (except public holidays) and paid before 2pm it will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on a weekday will be shipped the next day (except on public holidays). 

  • North West, Gauteng, Free State: 1-3 working days.
  • Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Kwazulu Natal, Eastern Cape, Western Cape and Northern Cape: 2-5 working days. 

THESE ARE AN ESTIMATION ON AMOUNT OF DELIVERY DAYS YOUR ORDER WILL TAKE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE SERVICE TIME OF THE COURIER COMPANY USED. 

Option 2 - Pick-up

This option you can come in and pick up your items that you have purchased in our online store.  
Address of where to pick up your order: Shop 6, Golfview Shops, 12 Gemsbok Street, Golfview, Mahikeng.

Your order may only be picked up during our operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

You will be sent a notification to your email address that your order is ready for pick-up. If you are unable to pick up on the same day please notify us. If your order is not picked up within 48 hours, it will be cancelled.

Can’t pick up!? Use Bolt Send! If you choose to do so, please WhatsApp us at 063 886 9608 with the Bolt Car and Driver details/link once you have ordered your Bolt Send. 

(NB! We are not liable to pay for your Bolt Send, it is your responsibility for the payment)

Payment Options

We accept ONLY the following payment method for online orders:

Instant EFT
We make use of YOCO to handle instant EFT payments. No proof of payment is needed if you have used the online YOCO payment system. 

Our courier does not allow for cash payments upon delivery.
