Once we have fulfilled your order and received payment, you will receive an email with your tracking number 

• Where can I track my order?

We use Courier Guy as our courier service. Use this link to track your order: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track 

You will be able to track your order from 5pm on the day you receive your tracking number. Depending on the time you placed your order (see below). 

• When will I receive my order? 

Delivery time is 2-5 working days. If your order is placed on a weekday (except on public holidays) and paid before 2pm it will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on a weekday will be shipped the next day (except on public holidays). 

• North West, Gauteng, Free State: 1-3 working days.
• Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Kwazulu Natal, Eastern Cape, Western Cape and Northern Cape: 3-5 working days. 

THESE ARE AN ESTIMATION ON AMOUNT OF DELIVERY DAYS YOUR ORDER WILL TAKE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE SERVICE TIME OF THE COURIER COMPANY USED.
